- 2 cleanings (periodontal treatment for gum disease is not included)
- 2 exams
- 1 set of bitewing x-rays
- 2 fluoride treatments (regardless of age)
In addition, you will also receive a 15% discount on recommended and elective treatment.
Our plan is purchased up-front and can be used within one year of purchase date. We accept cash, check, credit cards, health savings cards, and Care Credit (12 months interest free).
