Meet the Dentist
Dr. J.D. “Bo” Westmoreland, D.D.S. has been in the dental business and community for over 20 years. As a result, he is the backbone of this office. He states that his “passion is to offer my patients leading-edge dental care in a calm and comforting environment.” Dr. Westmoreland excels in providing individualized treatment for his patients of all ages. He specializes in Cosmetic Dentistry, Family Practice, and is a leader in Sedation Dentistry. Doctor dedicates his life to his work, patients, and his two sons. In addition, he is extremely involved in a variety of organizations like Little League, Travel Baseball, Dental Director of Remote Area Medical Volunteer Corps, and more. Dr. Westmoreland completed his education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry and East Tennessee State University. Therefore our doctor is exceptionally trained. Dr. Michael, D.D.S assists Dr. Westmoreland in the office.

Karen graduated from East Tennessee State University and has been in the industry for 31 years. She is married and has a daughter and three grandchildren whom she adores.
Anne Vaughn, Registered Dental Hygienist
Anne graduated from East Tennessee State University and has been working in the dental industry for 26 years. She and her husband Chris, have two sons.
Rachel Asher, Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel graduated from ETSU and has been working in the dental industry for 11 years. She and her husband Adam, have one daughter.
Kristin Stowers, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristin has been in the industry for eight years. She spends her time out of the office with her friends, family, and boyfriend Jordan.
Angie Thorpe, Office Coordinator
Angie has over five years of dental experience and ten years in office management. As a result, she has lived in the area for over 20 years. She has two daughters and one grandson whom she loves.
