Brush Every Surface
Mindlessly running your toothbrush over your teeth isn’t enough. To get the most out of your brushing, make sure to brush the front, back, and top of each tooth with short strokes. If you don’t enjoy using a manual toothbrush, try a powered one, although manual brushes work well, too.
