In Our Team, Our Technology, Services

Is it time for you to visit the dentist? Are you in any pain that might require a visit? If so, we’re here to help! Here are a few of the dental services we offer at Westmoreland Dental Group!

General Dentistry

The staff at Westmoreland Dental is highly trained in all areas of general dentistry. We offer your traditional cleanings and checkups, but other services as well. Some of those include basic oral surgery, bonded fillings, crowns, bridges, partials, restoration, and root canals. During your appointment, we will make sure to properly clean and inspect your teeth to see what you have going on. If any issues require treatment, we will work with you on the best plan that meets your time and budget needs.

Sedation Dentistry

Not everyone likes going to the dentist. In fact, most people, unfortunately, don’t. As much as we wish that weren’t the case, we recognize people have bad experiences at the dentist. If you fear the dentist, we can help! At Westmoreland, we offer sedation dentistry which helps patients relax during procedures. You will not feel any pain and likely have little to no memory of your visit! This is a safe and powerful method to help calm your nerves so going to the dentist isn’t as scary as it seems.

Invisalign

Invisalign is one of the most popular treatment plans to straighten your teeth without braces. You will receive custom trays, retainers essentially, that fit your mouth. Every few weeks, you will trade them out for a new set. Over time, the aligners will help straighten your teeth. The trays are clear and can be removed with eating.

TMJ Migraine Therapy & TMJ Laser Treatment

Botox was approved by the FDA in 2011 as a treatment option for migraines. We inject the Botox into your affected area, whether that be your head or neck muscles. As a result, your nerve signals will become blocked, forcing the muscles to relax, eliminating facial pain. Treatment includes local anesthesia, injections, and a specialized night guard. Laser treatment uses high-intensity light at specific wavelengths to help relax affected muscles. The laser encourages blood circulation, which then helps release the muscles. Patients usually say within a day, they feel better, and the full range of motion is restored!

These are just a few of the dental services we offer patients, so check out Westmoreland Dental if you’d like to learn more. We’re here to help with any dental needs you may have and ensure you have a happy and healthy smile!
